Taking Care of You, My Students...
Practicing Reiki can open you up to feeling and sensing more than the average person. This can be wonderful but from time to time, you may need a healing from a Reiki practitioner or Reiki Master. As your Reiki Master Teacher, I make it a priority to take care of my students and ensure that I offer accessible healing opportunities for you.
You can choose to have In-Person Reiki or Distance Reiki Sessions:
- 60- or 90- Minute Distance Reiki via Canadian Phone / Zoom (Audio only, no camera)
- 40 Minute Reading & 60 Minute Distance Reiki via Canadian Phone/Zoom (Audio only, no camera)
- 60- or 90- Minute In-Person Reiki (available 1 Day / Week, at Victoria Park/Finch, Toronto)
In-Person Reiki
To prepare for your session, please wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry and other metals. You'll lie down face-up, fully clothed, and we'll get you comfortable by elevating your legs or covering you in a blanket if you wish. Each bespoke Reiki session is unique, focusing on what's needed at the time, allowing what's blocked to surface for release and introducing a high frequency of healing to re-energize the body, mind and heart. I use light touch, or no touch, depending on your preference, over ten positions including the head, throat, chest, abdomen, pelvis, knees and feet. I incorporate intuitive sense, sound, movement, guided release of a painful or emotional issue or healing for spiritual issues for your optimal healing. If you'd like to ask questions or discuss an issue, we'll do it prior to, or during your session rather than afterward so that it can be consciously and best worked on while the Reiki energy is strongest.
Distance Reiki
If you choose to have a 40-Minute Reading along with your 60-Minute Distance Reiki, the reading will be first and will also be recorded for you. Please have your questions ready so I can prioritize them.
If you have special circumstances preventing you from connecting live (in hospital, very different time zone from Toronto, etc), please email me first to arrange an offline session with a confidential emailed Reiki Report.
After Your In-Person or Distance Reiki Healing
Reiki can elicit a systems flush so please keep hydrated with plenty of water in the days following your treatment and give yourself time and space so the healing can continue its work. If there was an emotional release during your session, emotions may continue to release in the days following the session as your healing continues. Take care of yourself during this time; give yourself the space, nourishment and rest that you need.

Note for Students Booking Distance Reiki: Instant Booking from the Booking Calendar includes Ontario Taxes. If you're in another Canadian Province, you can use Interac Transfer. If you're outside Canada, you can use PayPal. To use Interac Transfer (Across Canada) or PayPal (Worldwide), please consult the booking calendar first to view availability, then send your Interac Transfer or PayPal payment with your desired date and time. I'll confirm within 48 hours. Then, put your appointment in your calendar right away as there are no reminders for manually-scheduled appointments and I don't reschedule for no-shows. If your preferred date and time has been taken between checking the calendar and sending your payment, I'll email you with the soonest available time.

40 Minute Reading & 60 Minute Distance Reiki (One 1hr 40min appointment for one person, can't be split into two dates or for two people) is $214+hst = $241.82

All In-Person Reiki appointments are at iBody, a lovely private wellness clinic at 726 Gordon Baker Road in North York.
There is ample free parking available.
The closest bus stop is right out front on Gordon Baker Road. The clinic is accessible (no stairs) and there are washrooms on-site.
Note: The entrance is around the back of the front mirrored building. GPS may take you around the east side of the building to the loading dock - please follow the instructions below instead.

1st Image: ONLY Enter at the sign that says, "FRASTELL 700-780 Gordon Baker Road". Drive straight past the front building on your right.
2nd Image: Turn right, park.
3rd Image: Walk into "718-724 and 726-730". Once inside, you'll see the iBody Clinic at 726 on the left side.
Timing: One Day per Week (Tuesdays)
I'm offering In-Person Reiki only once a week in North York (for now). All In-Person appointments are made by advance booking and payment. I do not take emergencies, unless there's a cancellation. Fine Print
Not Readings: In these sessions, the sources of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues will be directly addressed with divine healing energy from far higher places than human thought. I'll be focused on channeling healing for you, not talking nonstop like during a Reading.Not Recorded: Please feel free to bring your phone to record your own session for review later. Audio only; I don't permit video recordings in Reiki sessions.
Packages: If you currently have a package of Distance Reiki Healings, you can use the value of the balance of your package towards In-Person session(s). The current In-Person Rates will apply and your balance, number of remaining sessions and any remaining credit will be adjusted accordingly. Contact me to discuss.
Timing/Changes: All appointments end on time. To get the most out of your appointment, please arrive on time. If you have a medical emergency, please consult your local health service. If you must cancel your appointment, please contact me 24 hours in advance.
Safety: Your well-being is important to me. Prior to the session, we'll discuss your comfort around hand placements, and the use of masks. Please feel free to bring your mask and wear it should you choose, for your own comfort and peace of mind. I'm comfortable wearing a mask for the duration of your healing. If you're experiencing contagious symptoms, please contact me prior to your session.
